Adjust the minutes together, as they happen

Share one link with the board. Everyone reads the same draft as it changes, and the board fixes what is wrong and raises what needs raising.

One link, the whole board

Send the link in the channel the board already uses. Whoever opens it reads the minutes without signing up and sees each change as it is made.

Live, like a shared document

Edits show up for everyone as they are made. Two people in the same § at the same time is fine.

Comments where they belong

Raise a question on the line it concerns. When it is settled, the comment goes and the § stays.

The four steps
