The minutes are created for you

From the recording or your notes, Styrelseprotokoll writes the minutes the way a Swedish board expects them: § by §, with the decisions, who was there and who signs.

Speakers identified

When the meeting is recorded, each voice is told apart and matched to a board member, so a proposal is attributed to the person who made it.

Checked against the rules

The minutes are checked against the Swedish Companies Act and Bolagsverket's guidance for board meetings: who must sign, what must be recorded, and what must not be.

Hints where attention is needed

A real example: a person named in the meeting has protected personal data, so the name is left out of the minutes, and you are told why.
